Sending Us Your Artwork
To ensure your print or signage project is produced at the highest
quality, please follow our artwork guidelines:
1. Preferred File Formats
- Vector formats (best quality): AI, EPS, PDF, CDR (fonts
converted to outlines)
- High-resolution raster formats: JPG, PNG, TIFF (minimum 300 dpi at final
size)
- Other formats: PSD, SVG (may require conversion before production)
2. Resolution & Size
- Signs, banners, and large prints: Minimum 150 dpi at full print
size.
- Small format print (business cards, flyers, labels): 300 dpi at full print
size.
- Always set artwork to actual print dimensions where possible.
3. Colour Settings
- Use CMYK colour mode for all print projects to ensure accurate
reproduction.
- For brand colour accuracy, supply Pantone references where applicable.
4. Bleed & Safe Area
- Include 3–5 mm bleed around all edges for trimming purposes.
- Keep important text, logos, or elements at least 5 mm inside the safe area
from the trim line.
5. Fonts & Text
- Convert all fonts to outlines/curves before sending.
- If fonts remain editable, include the font files with your artwork.
6. Special Finishes
- If your order includes spot UV, foil, embossing, or white ink,
supply a separate layer or file indicating these areas clearly.
7. File Transfer Options
You can send artwork to us via:

adjustments are required.

small fee.
