Return & Refund Policy
At Sign and Print Creation
LTD, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality print and signage products.
Due to the custom nature of our work, our return and refund policy is as
follows:
1. Custom-Made Products
- Most of our products are
made-to-order and personalised to your specifications.
- Once production has begun, we cannot accept returns unless the product is
faulty or incorrect due to our error.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a product
that is faulty, damaged, or does not match the approved proof, please contact
us within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photos or for you to return the item for inspection.
- If the issue is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no
extra cost to you.
3. Proof Approval Responsibility
- Proofs are provided for your
approval before production starts.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check spelling, colours, layout, and
dimensions.
- We cannot accept returns for errors approved in the proof.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products damaged due to
misuse, incorrect installation, or lack of maintenance are not covered.
- Items that have been altered after delivery are non-returnable.
5. Cancellations
- Orders cancelled before
production may be subject to an administrative fee.
- Once production has started, cancellations are not possible for custom
products.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be
processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs for returns (where applicable) are the responsibility of the
customer unless the fault lies with us.
