Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the sale of products and provision of services by Sign and Print Creation LTD. By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders & Quotations

- All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
- Orders must be confirmed in writing or via email.
- Any changes to orders after confirmation may result in additional charges and revised delivery dates.

3. Design & Proof Approval

- Proofs are sent for customer approval before production begins.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to check all details including spelling, colours, dimensions, and layout.
- Once approved, Sign and Print Creation LTD is not liable for errors missed by the customer.

4. Production & Lead Times

- Lead times are estimated and commence upon proof approval and receipt of payment.
- We aim to meet all deadlines but are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

5. Payments

- Payment terms are as stated on the invoice.
- Deposits may be required before production begins.
- Late payments may incur interest charges.

6. Delivery & Installation

- Delivery and installation dates will be agreed in advance.
- The customer must ensure access to the installation site.
- Risk of goods passes to the customer upon delivery or installation.

7. Materials & Warranty

- We use high-quality materials suitable for the intended application.
- Warranty terms vary depending on materials and usage conditions.
- Damage due to misuse, vandalism, or improper maintenance is not covered.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

- Orders cancelled before production may be subject to administrative fees.
- Custom-made products cannot be refunded once production has started unless faulty.

9. Intellectual Property

- The customer confirms they have the right to use any artwork, logos, or text provided.
- We reserve the right to refuse work that may infringe on copyright or trademark laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Sign and Print Creation LTD’s liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
