Simply send us your guest list, table numbers and preferred design style, and we will create a proof for you to check before production. Each name should be carefully checked before approval to ensure spelling is correct.

Please check all names, table numbers and spellings carefully before approving your proof. Once the proof has been approved and the item has gone into production, we may not be able to make changes without an additional charge.
Please note that colours shown on screen may appear slightly different when printed. We cannot guarantee an exact colour match to an existing board, previous print, painted surface or supplied photo, as different materials, finishes, lighting and print methods can affect the final colour.
Standard production time is usually 2–5 working days after proof approval, depending on size, material and workload. Faster turnaround may be available on request.
